Gentle, flowing movement based on restorative yoga, somatic exercises, and intuitive stretching (no experience needed!)

Self-massage techniques to relax muscles, soothe the nervous system, and foster body awareness

Breathwork & nervous system resets to shift from stress to deep relaxation

Guided meditation & visualization to cultivate self-trust and body awareness

Journaling prompts to reflect, release, and embrace self-compassion at the end of class
