Join me for a 90-minute immersive self-care experience that blends gentle, yoga-inspired movement, breathwork, and guided meditation to help you reconnect with your body, release stress, and restore balance. This isn’t about exercise or flexibility—it’s about learning to move with ease, release tension, and care for yourself in a way that feels deeply nourishing.
What to Expect:
Gentle, flowing movement based on restorative yoga, somatic exercises, and intuitive stretching (no experience needed!)
