At The Artisan Market, we work hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process and ship your in-stock items. For customized or personalized items, please refer to the turnaround time listed in the product description, as these will ship as soon as they are ready.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping costs are calculated based on what is being purchased, your location, and the shipping options available at the time. To see the most accurate shipping rates, add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email so you can follow your package’s journey. If you do not receive a confirmation email or tracking number, please contact us at info@TheArtisanMarketCA.com.

Please note that once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. Carrier delays, weather conditions, damages, and theft are unfortunately out of our control. If your package is lost, please notify us before filing a claim, and if an item is damaged in transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
