Step into a new experience with our Calm Your Mind, Heal Your Body, Transformation Series. Each session is thoughtfully designed to guide you through renewal, connection, and personal growth.

What to Expect:

• Nicole will lead a grounding guided meditation for the first 15–20 minutes, helping you connect with the session’s theme and settle into the space.
• Santana will play crystal sound bowls throughout the experience, creating a deeply immersive sound bath that supports healing and balance.
• The second half of the session invites you to continue your journey with the sound bath, allowing for deep relaxation and introspection.

This experience will:
