What You’ll Learn:

• Prepping Your Item: Discover the steps to properly prepare your item for painting, ensuring a smooth and lasting finish.
• Applying Chalk Paint: Learn techniques for applying chalk paint to achieve an even and professional look.
• Creating Shabby Chic and Distressed Finishes: Master the art of making your piece look elegantly worn or uniquely distressed.
• Sealing Your Work: Understand the best practices for sealing your painted item to protect and preserve your artwork.

What We Provide:

• Cleaner
• Rags
• Paint Brushes
• Sand Paper
• Sealer
• 8 oz Dixie Belle Paint (color choice based on availability)

What to Bring:

• Your Item to Paint: Choose something small to medium-sized, such as candlesticks, picture frames, or a larger frame/mirror. Please avoid items made of glass, porcelain, or ceramic. If you're unsure whether your item is suitable, text a picture to me at 707-731-3560.
• Wearable Clothing: Dress in clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on, as this is a hands-on class.
