Erickson Ranch Jams

Ray and I have been making jam for over 20 years.  We grow most all the jams we sell with the exception of berries and cherries.  Our jams started out slowly as all small businesses and has grown over the years.  At the events we attend we do have jam tastings.  As with all food products, once the customer can taste the jam and meet the owner the jam sells.  We do not put preservatives in the jam and use only fresh, ripe fruit.  When the fruit is at peak season, less sugar is used and therefore the jam is fruit forward.
